Assessment & Costing
Our assessors are qualified trade professionals with extensive experience in the insurance repairs industry. This allows us to accurately scope your repairs in line with your insurance policy from day 1, which enables us to progress your claim and repairs with urgency and integrity. As our assessors are trade professionals, the cost to complete the repairs is completed at the first site visit so the insurer and homeowner understand the value of the repairs ahead and can make decisions accordingly.
Make Safe Works
If any make safe works are required, this will be completed by our trade professional at the first site visit. Our fleet carries basic stock for boarding up and restoration equipment for drying as we understand speed is of the essence especially when it comes to make safe works in order to mitigate further loss from occurring.
Repairs and Project Management
Every project is unique in its own way. Our quotes clearly scope the repairs on day one, so all parties have clarity on the works being completed. Our team of qualified sub-trade professionals are all scheduled in alongside the Morgan Home Repairs team to ensure we complete the project on time and to the highest standard.
Completion and Sign-Off
At the end of the project the Morgan Home Repairs team will be back to complete a quality control check and gather your feedback on the experience. We love hearing from our customers and identifying areas we can improve and refine.
